INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content and materials provided within any course offered by Livelihood NW (“Courses”), including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, audio, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources (“Course Materials”), are the sole and exclusive property of Livelihood NW or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Course Materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, public display, or any other unauthorized use of Course Materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Livelihood NW.
Courses may include links to third-party content or platforms. Livelihood NW does not claim ownership over such third-party materials and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or availability. Use of third-party content is subject to the terms and conditions of those external providers.
Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access to Courses and Course Materials without refund and may subject the user to legal action.
